Dave_C, I wouldn't worry too much, this is what my account says:


25 Dec 2011 Upgrade to Exec Silver Fulfilled

22 Dec 2011 Upgrade to Exec Silver Pending

17 Nov 2011 upgrade to Exec Bronze Fulfilled

It says nothing about my Bronze pack being despatched yet it arrived today (and is sitting by file B1N as I'm now wiating for my Silver card

Give BAEC a call about your card, I'm sure they will be very helpful.
