Similar wait for me, no card either. In the "Orded Executive Club Items" section of BA.com it shows this:

17 Nov 2011 Upgrade to Exec Gold Fulfilled
16 Nov 2011 Upgrade to Exec Gold Pending
28 Apr 2011 Renewal Pack for Exec Silver Dispatched
17 Apr 2011 Renewal Pack for Exec Silver Fulfilled
16 Apr 2011 Renewal Pack for Exec Silver Pending

Clearly not been sent out yet as there's no "dispatched" line item.
