Further to my post on the last page, I'm really struggling at the moment to find anything - wondering if I'm doing things wrong!

As I said previously we're looking to get the 2 of us from MAN to SFO but don't really care about the routing too much other than would like to go C most of the way (ie. happy to fly into Europe from MAN seperately and go C the rest). Preferably we'd like to go September/October 2012.

I've managed to find some flights in early April FRA-SFO but that's about it. Not a single seat showing for all of September/October on that route. I can also find some early April SFO-FRA flights but again that's it.

Should there be availability showing in September/October? I've tried from a number of destinations into SFO but am finding nothing for then.

If anyone's got any tips of routings etc. I should be trying instead of trying to go direct from european airports directly to SFO I'd appreciate it.
