Find the cheapest flights to Victoria, which seem to be on Friday. Fly Tango Plus one way, Tango back, you're done, nothing more to worry about. And you will not be the only person doing the ankle-biter of mileage runs at this time of year.
Total cost will be $365, which works out to $8.69 for every mile you need, so I can see why you would be hesitant.
