Is UnitedCargo or United Mobile more reliable for aircraft type?

I am looking at TPE-NRT for 12/29.

It's a 777.
UnitedCargo says "B777," indicating old config.
But m.united.com says "Aircraft #2809," which, according to this wiki page is numbered as a new config (28XX = XQ configs).

So, which is more reliable?
United.com is showing the old-config seat map, but from what I understand, that is the least reliable of the three sources so it does not mean much.
