Thanks lady1964. Agree on your experience with the UK call center - the representative I spoke with was excellent. Think I'll call them again this week.
If nothing changes, does anyone think I can get the issue resolved at check-in? That way I'd at least benefit from priority boarding. I know only the F section of the BOS lounge is open when I fly.
