Not sure if I'm being OTT, but I did email them immediately after calling. Haven't heard a peep since.
Completely understand that it's the holidays, but I'm not sure I want to deal with claiming missing Avios etc.
I think the holidays will be the cause.
BA is usually quite quick in dealing with these issues.
