Hello everyone. After lurking on the BAEC FlyerTalk forum for a couple of months, I finally summoned the courage to join the discussion.

Could someone offer advice please? I flew LHR-BOS mid-December in W, bumping my tier points up by 90 to 600 even.

For some reason, when I log onto my account online, the much-loathed bronze card is still showing, even though the tier points counter at the bottom-right shows 600 tier points and says unequivocally that I had "achieved silver membership."

Being a UK resident, I called BAEC back across the Atlantic last week and was advised that they've been experiencing issues with status upgrades. Anyone experiencing the same problem?

I was assured that the issue would be resolved before I fly back to LHR next week, but nothing has changed since my call last week. I'd appreciate any help you can offer.
