If that were the case (and I am sure it must be) then why is it not 30K + 32.K = 62.K for 2 separate awards but 80K, as the agent informed me (30K extra)?
And what is really the difference between a flight that stops in LIM for an hour and continues on as same LAN flight # and the one that stops for 2 hours and continues as a different LAN # (with change of planes required, but no stopover)?
Must be semantics.
PS I tried a search for the routing you refer to (USA-LIM-SCL and similar searches) w/o success - do you have a link for that discussion? TIA
