How long should it take to get a registration email? I've received the Order "Confirmation" (with Order ID) email and the "Contribution" confirmation/receipt email. Should I be looking for a 3rd?
I have installed the app, Clicked "Request Registration Code", completed the Registration Wizard, and I've checked my Spam folder.

Indeed, there was also a 3rd e-mail, which had been sent to you at the same time.
You should have also received your Permanent Registration Credentials by now.
