Hi, all. My future wife and I will be starting our Honeymoon in Singapore. We are both MR Plats and are sitting on over 1M points. We had our hearts set on 2 nights at the RC, but the online booking engine showed not a single available reward night for the entire month of August. So, we called the RC elite line. They, too, were confused. According to the rep I spoke with, there was no reason for this. He suggested I contact the hotel via email, and i got this response:

Can a RC really chose to not honor its corporate reward system at will?
