When are you thinking of doing this trip? EK flies the A380 to a lot of different places. SIN, BKK, MUC, CDG being just a few. Also HKG BKK is a very cheap F sector. Shower on the A380 for cheap.
As for the intraEurope travel trains make it a lot easier. Your biggest problem with be including MonteCarlo as there is no direct plane flight in. Trains take 7+ hours which would be great for an overnight train ride if available. Flights you have to fly nearby (Nice) and then drive or train in. Same thing out to Italy. Is it doable? yep. Is it ideal maybe not. It all depends on you. Euro trains are great...though Italian trains often disprove this.
