The reason is because the discussion is around the lounge(s) CX passengers can use. I don't believe Sakura is open during the few hours before any of the two departures, and is not an option for CX passengers.
(In regards to what lounge(s) you can access flying JL, you would get better answers in the JL forum. Just a quick comment - the CX lounge is not open for the JL flight, and the BA lounge is normally very, very crowded.)
