I flew DTW-HKG two weeks ago. I doubt the meal service has changed much since then, but in Y we were served:
1. Dinner - I had chicken of some sort with some potatoes and veggies, I think.
2. Midflight snack - a sandwich with some craisins (no choice here, they gave out little baggies of food)
3. Pre-arrival meal - I had a pesto pasta of some sort.

Overall, pretty decent meal service and I bet if you ask the FA nicely you can get a second midflight snack pack, since it seemed most sleeping pax didn't bother getting one.
