misread, OP is in Business
with no status -- the E+ seats will show blocked / occupied -- but likely there is space in E+.
You can see if you can add E+ access and then make a seat assignment in advance
or
you can wait to the airport -- since IDB is rare, you will get a seat assignment somewhere in economy(E-/E+, window/middle/aisle)
or
as you get closer to the flight time you can try to make a Same Day confirmed change to another flight where open seats exists for $75
