A little late, but big all right.
We've all had some frustrating conflicts with our own or other IT people. Let's hope this glitch doesn't go the route of Hilton Horrors' redemptions.
Meanwhile, bless those few CS reps who can still call their BFF's in IT and back-door it. I suspect those doors are closing, as the legacy systems are being enhanced holistically.
