9 cpm? really?
I don't think that 9 cpm is the best way to get your miles. How much flying do you plan on doing this year, and will you qualify for the status again next year?
I am doing a series of MR;s in Jan to take advantage of TEQM on SFO-ORD v.v many times, but that's because the value of 100k miles and 8 EVIP's is alone worth more than the $1900 or so that I will have paid. Plus, with my normal flying, I will get even more EVIP's every time I fly 50k (4).
Just make sure you use the EVIP's good once you get them!
