I've admitted I was a smart arse with the wording I've used - and also posted regret doing so

I've provided more detail on the chain of events

I've stressed that no rude behavior or foul language was shown or spoken on our part....but in hindsight can see why some assumed so - hence my clarification as per above

Posted about our enjoyment flying BA on this & other occasions

Looking forward to our upcoming flights with BA in CE to LHR & F back to BKK & AUS

But I'm yet to convince some that the chain of events occurred!

Yes, it was one experience - but shouldn't it be the case that the experience be the same for all passengers no matter how many times they use the facility?

FWIW, I've taken no offense from any negative comment from any member....I know that my family & I are not rude, arrogant, stuck up pieces of poo!
