The FAA makes it pretty easy.

The fun part is that if you choose to not remain anonymous, the airline will respond very quickly and from the upper management level.

I had a flight a couple of weeks ago on a different AAirline. Issue was minors (clearly under 15years old) in exit row and no briefing by geriatric, aloof crew. Complaint filed on a Monday. Phone call from someone in the "Executive Offices" on Friday morning.
