I believe you only get access to lounge at the airport from which you depart in business class (unless you have *A Gold membership, in which case you get access on all stops on an international itinerary regardless of traveling class). Of course, you may be able to present your case to a supervisor (business class itinerary but flight without business class seats) and be granted access, but I would not count on it.
