I would love to hear that audio. Please record next time. If these agents thought about it for a second they would realize their livelihood depends on your type of customer. Do they think they're working the VIP line at Tryst in Vegas or something?
Perhaps that card is seen as a threat to their counter business and she took it out on you.?.?
