Is the ferry on Lake Geneva run by Switzerland? I ask because I see that visually impaired people can access public transportation for free along with one other person if they show a doctor's letter of disability. The Swiss will then issue said person an ID card. The ferry makes stops on the French side but I'm assuming (maybe incorrectly) that the ID card would be honored anyway if it is Swiss run.
