As several have posted prior- If DM/PM not subject to redeposit fees- Book an international award ticket with high taxes. Cancel the award ticket after the next billing cycle. The taxes/fees should originally be credited by the amex $200 fee credit and then a cash credit to your amex will occur when you cancel the ticket. This is a good way to turn the $200 airline credit into something with a wider variety of uses. Watch out for T-72 award ticket forfeiture timeline.
