CO experts - quick question on how things work on CO. I am wait listed for a BF upgrade using a SWU on the CO48 for Sunday (25th). Right now the pda site shows BF as 41 booked. So as a Plat with a B fare, I feel good.

That said, if by the 24 hour mark this evening, if my upgrade has not cleared, what is the best approach? Does the waitlist processing still work post the 24 hour window or is the whole thing transferred to DM (or whatever CO calls DM)? And it is better for me to check in at the 24 hour mark?

Would appreciate any insights on how this works!
