This is good ^ you have a very generous carryon allowance.

I was on an Emirates flight once from Muscat to Dubai and this family managed to bring SIX CARPETS on board, in economy, without anyone batting an eyelid -and emirates handluggage policy is rather puny -and enforced -in the UK. Less so in Muscat, it would seem!

I think the crew helped to stow the carpets in wardrobes and lockers further forward. Boarding and disembarkation were shambolic, with suitcases etc being crashed around.
