Hi,

As you are arriving in F you can access the Concorde Arrivals room ( it is a dining room inside the main arrivals lounge but it is waiter/waitress service rather than self service in the main room)

Also there is no alcohol in the Arrivals lounge ( unlike the main Concorde Room).

If connecting I would rather clear security first then have a shower in the main departures lounge than having to clear security after showering

With 6 hours i would try both.
