I am traveling soon MIA-LHR-TXL on BA in F then J. I have never used the Arrivals lounge and was wondering if there is any point in stopping there before heading to the Concord room. Both offer showers and seem to offer the same amenities. I have been in the CCR but, never in the AL. I have around 6 hours between my arrival and last segment so plenty of time for either or both.

Looking for constructive advice form any and all sage LHR lounge affectionados.
