you will be lucky to get something for Christmas, don't know what is up with BA but we have always managed to get a 2 x 1 in F to Bangkok or Singapore if we book ahead and are flexible with dates (either Feb or Nov) there is no availability in F or C for the whole of 2012, I think since the Iberia link up they have cut back reward flight availability drastically, in the end it is almost not worth collecting miles in Exec club anymore. There are no leisure longhaul destinations in C or F (eg Male, Mauritius, Cancun, Grand Cayman for almost the whole year, and by the time I pay for flights from another point to destination I want and pay taxes etc it is almost not worth it, hope something changes next year but am not too hopeful
