You can find out if your upgrade got taken away by looking at your eUpgrade history. If you did not get the upgrade, the item disappears from the list. If you got it, but the GA gave it to an employee, you will see the flight and 0 credits taken. That represents a declined upgrade. In essence they whisper the announcement and you do not how up.
can anyone confirm this? i requested any upgrade for a TPAC flight that was J2 at T-24 hours and wasn't successful, but i see the request in my transaction history and 0 used
according to the GA there were several SEs in front of me so i doubt they whispered, would like to see some more info before we light a wildfire
