Many years ago I had a part time job in a video rental store (remember those?) and when we accessed a customer's account in the computer there was a field where we could enter comments about the customer. There were some pretty nasty things written in those comment fields!

I think it's a possibility and I've made reference to it before...something like a customer pain-in-the-arse number...might help explain why certain pax just always seem to have more issues than others...or have a much harder time getting them resolved
