Many years ago I had a part time job in a video rental store (remember those?) and when we accessed a customer's account in the computer there was a field where we could enter comments about the customer. There were some pretty nasty things written in those comment fields!

I think some airlines do. My brother is a traveling musician and he has already been flagged in CX's computer system as being part of a band that always tries to gate check 10-15 guitars on every flight. Whoops...
