Pity there isn't.

So, to kick it off, how would you rank the following as World's best luxury trains?

For my 2 cents:
1/ Royal Scotsman (Orient Express Flagship)
2/ Rovos Rail
3/ Blue Train (Rovos ranked ahead because of variety of Routes)
4/ Trans Siberian Gold Eagle
5/ Orient Express (too many extra charges on board)
6/ Maharajah's Express (too many excursions & too little train travel)

Any dissenters & why?
