I love the angus burger too - when it's done right. It's at it's best when served hot and the bun conveys a sensation that it's fresh. Sometimes when I got the burger it was cold and the bun was stale. Not a pleasant experience. Yes, I mentioned this to the FA. In each case I was offered another item at no cost, or my money back.
