I've never seen one- even a yearly one for that matter. Maybe I opted out a long time ago and don't remember. I think the normal phrase used is
Silver/Sold/Diamond VIP. Which in my mind begs the question, why do you want to know?
Agreed - what a strange question. I've been Diamond for many years and can't recall ever getting a statement. Why would you need one?
