I just emailed some friends who are Founders and/or Executives at WS and suggested they have an opportunity to steal market share as AC has just alienated what appears to be a large segment of its loyal customer base.

Suggested:
1). Create a real FF Program (points not $).
2). Join an alliance like OneWorld with strong US and International schedules.
3). Make Gold/Elite Level qualify at 35k.
4). Give all current AC *G instant G/E Status on WS.

Within 10 Minutes my email made it to CEO's office.
