Thanks to all three of you. I'm still trying to get an answer from DL. They keep telling me I need to submit a schedule and when I point to the policy that specifically says I don't, I get the "I'm not familiar with this program. Maybe you should call KLM.

Er, ok but my status is with DL. Since I expect to rack at least 140K miles, I might join a second program. The second visit to the same city is useful for my purposes. I'll report back if I learn anything and appreciate anyone else who might have experience with this program.
