To answer the original question though: No, I do not think it is THAT bad.

Actually some 767-300ERs and the 75Es do have AVOD. In the next 2 years when all the 767-300 refurbs are done they will all have AVOD. The 75As do not have AVOD but have a couple inches more legroom in coach than any other plane in the DL fleet....33-34 inch pitch in regular Y and 37-38 inch pitch in EC on the 75As.
