On a related note. . .I noticed if you book YYZ-Europe with YYZ-EWR or AC and then EWR-Europe on CO (for example), there is no fuel surcharge for the whole trip. But if you book YYZ-EWR as a standalone trip on AC, there is fuel surcharge (around $54). Anyone know why?
