The only time I experienced this was during the final phase of climb out of YMM. We rolled right and then left for what felt like 45 degrees, but in reality was probably less. Things went flying in the galley. The captain said we had just encountered wake turbulence. I remembering thinking this was weird since we were not yet at cruising altitude and didn't think YMM airspace would include any heavy jets.
