If so, those were tokay geckos. They kept us entertained at Amanpulo, too. When we'd hear their call, Mr. Ericka would comment that someone was going to get lucky....perhaps they were a breeding pair?...of course, we have no scientific evidence of this. Just amusing speculation. LOL.
That is it exactly. Very, very entertaining. This is really a remarkable resort. We understood that the Tokay is endangered due to the incorrect belief that they can cure HIV.
