Yep, it opened in April 2010. It is wedding orientated: there is a wedding chapel at the top of the building. The name comes from French and could be translated as "kissed harmony".
It just seems like the right hotel for our honeymoon so we will give it a try and I will post a report once we get back.
The location is just northeast of Umeda/Osaka stations in the Chayamachi area, which has many shops (e.g. a huge Maruzen/Junkudo bookstore in the same building as the hotel, a Loft, the
nu Chayamachi complex). It's not a bad area considering the proximity to transit and number of shops.
