Now that is entirely possible but what then is the advantage of a pass? Why must I have at least 3 but not more than 16 stops or not visit a place 3x? Do I get the coupons subsequent to fulfilling the 3x or a refund part of the price of a standard fare?

I guess that "For more details, contact your travel agent or any of our member airlines." is all I want and I'm being dense for asking.

My Uncle from Ireland gets a deal with a USA carrier and I am getting the details but it was a unlimited mileage within the US pass of some type. This seems similar.
