Go Europe SkyTeam Passes

My bad if this is a post in the wrong place but I did look around. I found these Go Europe passes discussed on the SkyTeam alliance main website: http://www.skyteam.com/en/your-trip/...ses/Go-Europe/ and it looked attractive:

Imagine going nearly everywhere in Europe with just one ticket. Catch a football match in Amsterdam one week and then opera in Venice the next. Show up for a business conference in Moscow, and then head over to Paris to visit the Louvre. How you use your SkyTeam Go Europe travel pass is up to you. Be it for business or pleasure, SkyTeam Go Europe gives you more ways to save and many destinations to explore as you travel.

Travel at Your Own Pace
You’re eligible for a SkyTeam Go Europe travel pass when you buy an intercontinental round-trip ticket to Europe on any one of the 15 SkyTeam Member carriers. Simply book a seat before your intercontinental departure on the first intra-European flight of your choice, and then continue booking additional flights throughout Europe when you’re ready.

Flexible Travel Options
With SkyTeam Go Europe, you can use from 3 to 16 flight coupons. Each city on your itinerary may be visited twice, and there is no minimum or maximum stay. SkyTeam lets you travel when you want: advance bookings are not required. Also, SkyTeam Go Europe is combinable with either a round-trip intercontinental ticket on a SkyTeam airline’s flight or with a SkyTeam Go Global ticket.
Flights are operated by Aeroflot, Air Europa, Air France, Alitalia, Czech Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and TAROM in 44 countries.

Earn Reward Miles
If you’re a member of a frequent flyer program for any SkyTeam member airline, the miles you earn on your SkyTeam Go Europe tour will count toward free reward tickets.

Easy Fare Structure
SkyTeam Go Europe fares are calculated on the basis of the distance flown in Europe for each coupon on nonstop flights operated by Aeroflot, Air Europa, Air France, Alitalia, Czech Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines and TAROM.

For more details, contact your travel agent or any of our member airlines.

So I made the mistake of contacting Delta via the PM line. After spouting a bunch of misinformation, which was easily corrected via pointing her to published policy, she put me on hold for a transfer to an international department. After some time, enough to feed my 3 year old, she said I must know my itinerary and exact dates and the ticket would be priced out.

I noted that the SkyTeam site said advanced bookings are not required and this looked like a inter-Europe flat rate pass. That seemed to make her a bit mad and I'm feeling like she is just not familiar with this program and won't help me find someone who is.

So please don't flame me for this . . . but can anyone provide information and/or contacts within Delta for "Go Europe" passes. I understand that the travel in Europe will likely be on AF or KLM but with all the issues of getting KLM to respect my Delta PM status and benefits on TATL segments, I have pledged to try and fly only Delta metal over the pond in 2012 (other FT threads discuss this issue.)

Thanks!
