Correct. Privacy was fantastic as long as you stayed on the grounds of the villa--no way would anybody else ever know you are there. However, the beach is quite narrow. So if you like lying in the sun, then you would be doing that by the pool. The beach abuts the retaining wall, and there really is nowhere to put a lounger on the beach itself. So it is the same amazing beach, but one of the things I like about the casitas is you can lie right on the beach in privacy thanks to the little nooks all the casitas have for their loungers. And you get the view out over the ocean and toward Mananoc. The pool we saw was parallel to the beach but screened by greenery from the beach. Maybe 20 ft back from the retaining wall? And maybe 10' x 30'? I am guessing on that.
Christine did mention they are selling a few additional plots. IIRC the price is a rather staggering $6.5 to $7m.
thanks again. so the one problem is the beach narrows up in the NW. doh. that might be part of reason for no pics on aman site. and youre saying views are a slightly different angle?

looking at picture of nature villa in the N, beach doesnt seem narrow, but doesnt seem as good as SW.
i also wonder whether pools are heated.
sigh @ tradeoffs. luxury owners need to buy more beachfront around the world.
