I fly weekly on the Delta Shuttle (LGA-DCA) and can always count on a smile and friendly service. Yes, it is a 35 minute flight, but even on the days with thunderstorms and delays, and there have been many of those, the gate agents and the FA's have been great.

Thanks for the opportunity acknowledge these folks. Most of what I read here is negative and depressing, so especially at this time of year, a little good cheer goes a long way. Time to be thankful.
