Inexcusable -- Lack of staff training. Front-facing staff can be wonderful, but when pax know more about how things work than they do (yes, PM line, I am talking about you), it's very frustrating.

Bad -- The occasional DYKWIA pax sat next to me. Had one real jerk who was extremely rude to an FA doing her job. Utterly uncalled for.

Bad -- Too much pax entitlement sentimentality.

Medium -- Baggage handling. I don't check, but a colleague does. (Can someone please sell all these funky shampoos and lotions ladies use in 3oz containers?) Seen the bad -- how does a pink tagged bag not make it to the destination??? -- and the very good (baggage office's handling of the ridiculous situation).

Good -- DL has, remarkably, got me where I needed to go, every time. Usually, on time too. (One exception, but we still got there eventually. And it was all DL.IT's fault.)

Good -- Generally, very pleasant staff. I don't recall any FAs from hell this year, but I've been flying a route that I suspect FAs from hell don't get to be on. GAs have been good too. Thank you for all your hard work.

Lastly...

Awesome -- The SAN SC folks. Extremely nice, hard working, and even learned my drink choice
