Just had my first customer interaction experience with one smart. not great.
loaded some money onto my card last night from a business account, ANZ, so would have been transferred overnight. Not showing in my onesmart account but has cleared my bank account.
Called them, and after 9 minutes on hold, lady said they have been advised that it takes up to 48 hours for funds to be applied (website says 24 hours) and the calling centre has no access to view the onesmart holding account. When i suggested that for a supposedly cutting edge financial product 48 hours to transfer money was pretty out of date, she simply said " yes"
How long have others taken to have money appear in their accounts? I wonder if AirNZ have put their name and branding all over a product and service they have no control over in terms of quality and delivery? What happens when customers start to dispute transactions and the results go against their customers? Of course I appreciate that legally it will be nothing to with Air NZ but their customer relationship will be affected surely?
Edited to update: Funds did appear in the account lunchtime. Wish the agent had just told me that when I called that it would most likely be in the account during the day!!!
