Hey everyone.

You know I've been a long time lurker/recent poster, and freely and proudly admit I work for Delta (and in NO WAY claim to be any 'official representative' so I don't comment on policy/service issues etc) and I ALSO am among many front line folks who read FT pretty regularly.

So, in the spirit of the season, and the fact that it's nearly the end of the year, lets end on a POSITIVE note - Tell 'me' and my wonderful colleagues (a LOT of whom lurk and learn here!) what you LIKE about us. It can be an example of a single incident where one of my co-workers went 'above and beyond' (or even heck, a simple smile on a dreary Monday AM) or an over all experience that keeps you flying with us.

This isn't 'official' by any stretch, just a simple 'brighten my day kinda post.

Thanks for flying WITH us, for it's not just a job, it's an adventure.
