Given the pics we saw from DMK and the fact that these aircrafts staid in water up to their belly for over a month, I doubt that they will return to operation that quickly. The landing gears will need fixing and some electrical equipment too.
The TG aircraft that were in for maintenance were inside the hangars on hydraulic jacks and never came into contact with the water, so there should really be no problem there.
The stored aircraft the were parked outside, is whole different story.
