I went to cancel & refund an award ticket, and here is the itemized receipt I got, including the $2.50 award fee and a weird $105 extra-miles charge:

What in the world does that mean? I never bought Award Accelerator and I never saw a $105 charge on my credit card. Really, I double checked my credit card's pending and posted transactions to be sure.

By way of comparison, elsewhere on the res page they are offering to sell me Award Accelerator for the trip (a SEA-CLE nonstop),
